Reservation & Payment

  • 50% payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Reservations are non-transferable without written approval from the Operator.


Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the booking time may be rescheduled or fully refunded.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are 50% refundable.

  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the full booking amount.


Weather, Water & Operational Conditions

  • Floating sauna operations are subject to weather, water conditions, and mechanical or safety considerations.

  • The Operator reserves the right to cancel, shorten, or modify any booking if conditions are deemed unsafe.

  • If the Operator cancels, Guests will be offered a reschedule or full refund.


Health & Fitness Acknowledgement

Sauna use, cold water exposure, swimming, and boating-related activities involve inherent risks and may not be suitable for everyone.

Guests are responsible for determining their own medical fitness to participate.


Guests understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the experience, including but not limited to:

  • Heat exposure, burns, or dehydration, slivers

  • Cold water immersion and cold shock

  • Slips, falls, or impact injuries

  • Drowning or near-drowning

  • Movement or instability of a floating structure

  • Mechanical, fuel, or propulsion-related incidents

Assumption of Risk


  • The Operator reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any Guest who poses a safety risk or violates these terms.

Right to Refuse Service


Guest Conduct & Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by staff.

  • Use the sauna, dock, and water area responsibly.

  • Avoid reckless behaviour or misuse of equipment.

  • Ensure all members of their group comply with these terms.

The Operator may terminate a session without refund if safety rules are violated.


Liability Waiver Requirement

All participants must sign a separate Liability Waiver and Release Agreement prior to participation.

Failure to sign the waiver will result in denied access without refund.


Alcohol & Substances

  • Alcohol is not permitted onboard

  • The Operator may refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.


Damage & Personal Property

  • Guests are financially responsible for damage caused by themselves or their group due to negligence or misuse.

  • The Operator is not responsible for lost, sunken, stolen, or damaged personal items.


Age Requirements

  • Minimum participation age:  16 years old

  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who signs the waiver.
